Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Results Checker. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the Results Checker website and all associated services.
"We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operators of Results Checker.
"User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
"PIN", "Checker PIN" refers to the digital scratch-card PIN sold on the Platform for checking exam results.
"Reseller" refers to a registered user authorised to purchase PINs at wholesale prices for resale.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. By registering, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Products & Pricing
4.1 Product Description
We sell digital checker PINs for examination bodies including but not limited to WASSCE, BECE, and NTC. PINs are delivered electronically via email and/or SMS.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Reseller pricing is determined by the admin and may differ from retail pricing.
4.3 Additional Charges
Orders may be subject to SMS fees and applicable taxes. Resellers may choose to absorb these charges or pass them to their clients, as indicated at checkout.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Paystack (cards, mobile money, bank transfers) and/or Hubtel.
All payments must be made in full before PINs are delivered.
Resellers may purchase using their account balance.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
6. Delivery
PINs are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
SMS delivery may be available as a secondary option.
Delivery times are typically within seconds of payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your PIN, use our PIN Retrieval page or contact support.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of checker PINs, all sales are final and non-refundable once the PIN has been delivered.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if a PIN is proven to be invalid or non-functional.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to verify the validity of any refund claim.
8. Reseller Terms
8.1 Reseller Account
Resellers are authorised to purchase PINs at wholesale prices for resale to end users. Each reseller operates as an independent entity.
8.2 Reseller Obligations
Resellers must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Resellers must not misuse the API or attempt to bypass security measures.
Resellers are responsible for their clients' transactions and any disputes arising from them.
Resellers must maintain accurate records of their transactions.
8.3 Commission & Balance
Resellers earn commission on qualifying sales. Commission rates are set by the admin and may be adjusted. Reseller balances can be topped up by the admin.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, including introducing malware or viruses.
Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without our written consent.
Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Results Checker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Results Checker, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
